KEY Book 15 minutes

The owner's private advisor

Ask your business a question. It answers, then it acts.

Ask out loud, in your own words, and hear the answer from your own records, with every figure checked before it is spoken. Then KEY tells you what to do, what the law says and what tends to happen next. Where you have given it permission, it does the work and tells you what it did.

Book 15 minutes

Meeting investors at Valencia Digital Summit, 21 and 22 October 2026.

For the person at the top

The truth from the records, without ten manager meetings.

Ask what you would not raise in a management meeting. KEY answers from the records themselves, not from what reaches you through the layers in between, and the conversation stays yours.

Every figure, checked

Each number comes from a named record and is checked against the records again before KEY says it. Tap it to open the customer, job or invoice behind it.

What to do, the law, what comes next

Answers carry the proven practice, the law that applies with the date it was checked, and what tends to happen next. KEY's forecasts are scored on their date.

It ends on the decision

Where there is a choice, KEY sets out two or three options and what each does to cash and margin, then waits for yours.

It acts on a ladder you set

Tell, propose, act with a yes, or standing permission, set by voice, area by area. Money leaving the company always waits for your yes.

It sits in the meeting

With consent, KEY listens to a client meeting, picks out what is agreed and drafts the brief and the papers to sign before the client leaves the building.

In five languages

English, Spanish, Catalan, French and Dutch, with subtitles in a second language while it speaks.

Ask it something

Four questions, answered the way KEY answers

The company is a glazing contractor in Leeds that exists only inside KEY. Every figure below is computed from its records as of 1 October 2026.

Why KEY

Why not just a general AI assistant?

General assistants now reach thousands of apps. An owner needs something narrower and harder: an answer that is true to the records, judgement that knows the business, and actions that stay inside limits.

Checked before it is spoken

Each figure is traced to a named record and checked before it is said. In the eval of 6 October, 916 of 917 spoken figures traced to the records KEY read.

A general assistant: the answer is only as good as the model's reading of the data.

It knows the whole of business

A map of 150 parts of running a business, each with the proven practice, dated law by country and what it leads to next.

A general assistant: knows everything in general and your business not at all.

Above your systems

Jobs, books and payroll joined in one answer, with your own limits applied: the cash floor, the margin floor, the service you promise. It reads your systems and never writes into them on its own; a change comes back to you as a draft.

A general assistant: connects to apps one at a time, and to few of the trades' job systems.

It stays inside your limits

Permissions set by voice, area by area, with an audit line on every action. KEY never raises its own permission.

A general assistant: permissions are on or off, for everything at once.

Your job software can give you a digest. KEY gives you the decision.

Plainly

Where KEY is today

Runs today

  • Answers out loud from the records of three synthetic companies, a contractor, an estate agency and an accountancy, in five languages.
  • In the eval of 6 October, 916 of 917 spoken figures traced to the records KEY read.
  • Meeting mode, the business map with dated law, and actions on a ladder the owner sets.

Not yet

  • No live connection to a customer's systems. Simpro and Xero come first.
  • No customer pilot. The first, in the UK, is planned for November 2026.
  • Meeting mode has run on scripted meetings only.

See it live

Fifteen minutes, one owner's question.

The live demo is by invitation. Book 15 minutes and you will hear KEY answer an owner's question out loud and open a figure to the records behind it. KEY is raising its pre-seed round.
